We are pleased to announce MediaPlanHQ v3.1.
In this release, we continue to improve the accessibility to the information you use in your day-to-day media planning tasks.
You can now sort columns of the planning, production, and accounting modules by clicking on the header cell of a column. For now, only system fields are sortable.
If you have administration permissions, you can now customize the columns of the planning, production, and accounting modules. You can decide to show/hide and re-order columns to fit the needs of your team in order to optimize their day-to-day work. Note that the export functionality (printer, pdf, and excel) re-uses the columns settings.
Click on the "configure column" icon to enable the configure column mode in a module.
The configure column row will appear underneath the header row.
Click the arrows to move a column left or right. Click the red "x" to remove a column.
Click the add button to add a column. Note that the add column drop box only appears when there are columns available to add.
Click on the "configure column" icon again to disable the configure column mode in a module.
New quick popup
The previous quick popup implementations used in the calendar and media quick views had many problems: It was to quick to show on mouse over, and often would not hide automatically on mouse leave requiring a reload of the page altogether. This became quickly a major frustration point !
To solve this, we decided to re-implement the functionality from scratch and made sure it works perfectly in all browsers. We think you will enjoy !
Filter creative projects by assignee
You can now identify the creative resources in your team.
Now when you assign a creative project, only the creative resources are listed.
Finally, you can also filter creative projects by assignee quickly by clicking on a resource name.
