Consulting a request status

There are different methods to consult the status of a request in realtime without using emails.

 

Method #1: From a marketing request confirmation email

Step 1: Open the "Marketing Request Confirmation" email you received when you submitted the request.

Step 2: Click on the link.

This will bring you to the status page of the request.

 

Method #2: From client portal home page

Step 1: Access the client portal.

Step 2: Enter the requester email and the request number and click the "Find request" button.

This will bring you to the status page of the request associated with the given requester email and request number.

It will display an error message if there is no request associated with the given requester email and request number.

It's that easy to consult the status of your request !
