New Feature: Media plan comments

A key benefits of a media planning software is the ability for your marketing team to collaborate with different stakeholders to plan, approve, book, and execute your media plans.

MediaPlanHQ always provided collaboration at the media insertion / project / invoice level. 

But what if you want to collaborate at the media plan level? Currently, you'd have to use the media plan notes.

With this release, you can now add comments related to each organization of your media plans.

Understanding media plan comments

Media plan comments are available for each organization within your media plan:

You can mouse-over the comment count to display the comments popover:

The comment popover is exactly the same as when you comment at the media insertion / project / invoice level.

Note that media plans with a single organization will have a comment quick button and a comment tab:

Media plan comments are displayed in the cost sidebar in the planning module: 

Note that the comments column sidebar is dynamic - It is only displayed when it makes sense.  For example, when you filter a single media plan, and the cost summary is by organization.

Note that when you filter on media plan with a single organization or you filter on a specific media plan and organization, the planning header will display a comments quick link:
