Now that you've publish a request form, you need to setup which organization can receive requests.
Understanding the relation between project requests and organizations
A project request must be associated to at least one organization and up-to 2 organizations.
1. The first "Organization" is defined as the "Organizational Unit". It is used for information purpose and is optional.
2. The second "Organization" is defined as the "Organization". It is mandatory.
Both the "Organizational unit" and "Organization" combo-box feed their options from the "Organizations" module based on the "Display in request form..." configuration:
Most account will not need the "Organizational Unit" level. It is to support accounts with more complex organizations structures. For example, Health Centers may have an organization structure that includes "Hospitals" and "Service lines". Each request could be linked to an "Hospital" and a "Service line".
Note that the "Organization Unit" combo-box in the request form will be hidden if no "Organizations" in your account are configured with the "Display in request form as Organizational unit".
